Anastasia Beverly Hills - She Wears It Well Palette Review

I wanted to share with you a brand that I was first introduced to via their eyebrow products.  They are one of the very few companies to offer a redhead option full stop and then one that is actually the right colour !
This brand is of course ~ Anastasia Beverly Hills.
Anastasia is very well known in the USA but I haven't seen many UK reviews for it butI really love the brand and their eyeshadow palettes are gorgeous!
Anastasia Beverly Hills products are not tested on animals and have the cruelty free bunny symbol.
This palette is by no means 100% natural,  but is paraben free and has some unusual botanical extracts ~ brown algae,  sea whip extract, lemon balm extract, marshmallow leaf extract & macadamia derivative to name but a few, which Anastasia has patented as the 'Youthful Synergy Complex' ~ This claims to illuminate, firm and hydrate the skin.
It is also infused with antioxidant vitamins A, B, C, E & F.

I think this is a good 'half way house' if you are leaning towards going a little more natural in your make up. - not perfect but a step in the right direction.

I have three palettes to review for you but will start today with the
'She Wears It Well' Palette.
I absolutely fell in love with the packaging of this palette is it so unusual and ever so slightly Hollywood vintage -  and I love a bit of vintage!
The outer card is a very pretty glossy lilac. The inner palette is just lovely, it reminds me of a vintage clutch purse, it is a 'mock croc' embossed card with rose gold effect detailing front & back.
Inside the palette is plain glossy black and has 9 stunning nude shades of shimmer and matte eye shadows, a double ended brush and a decent sized mirror with the same rose gold effect pattern surrounding it.
The palette has a good selection of shades and you can create a whole host of looks from this, soft and pretty to dramatic smokey.
Sunset - the large central pan is a shimmery medium golden brown.

Trophy - a shimmery taupe -
Glow - a shimmery deep golden brown -
Latte - a light shimmery brown.
Foxy - a deep shimmery brown
Frosting - a pale hint of pink shimmer
Onyx - a matte charcoal black with a slight gold fleck.
Almond - a matte light soft beige
Toffee - a matte medium beige.
All the colours are wearable and I don't think there are any 'duffers' in here, the Onyx will be the least used for me, but is unusual and is great for adding drama to a smokey eye if applied sparingly and blended well.
From Left ~ Trophy, Glow, Latte, Foxy & Sunset
From Left ~ Frosting, Onyx, Almond & Toffee
They are all very good quality shadows, feel lovely and soft,  pick up well and apply smoothly and evenly. The pigmentation is good and they can be applied lightly as a wash of colour or a deeper shade can be achieved more like it is in the pan with further application, so nice and versatile.
I have gotten a full days wear out of these applied over Urban Decays eye primer potion, without any problems and they haven't caused any irritation or sensitivity either.
These colours are universally flattering and appealing and will suit everyone's skin tone.
I am really pleased with this little palette -  it has the lot ~ fabulous nude shades,  beautiful packaging and slim line so travel friendly!
Although this was the Autumn/Winter 2012 release from Anastasia it will still be relevant all year round, nudes never go out of style.
